Meet Ryne Lambert

FSR Team Lead at PAi
Located in: De Pere, WI

What are the essential functions of your role?

My primary responsibility is to ensure the Financial Service Representatives, aka FSRs, exceed our customers’ expectations. Our customers include retirement plan sponsors, participants, financial advisors, Merrill Lynch FSAs, and our colleagues at PAi.

Our team wears many hats—which include supporting the Merrill Edge 401(k) by helping companies understand if our 401(k) is a good fit for their business, then helping them set-up the 401(k) if there is a fit. We also support existing plans by helping plan participants select an investment strategy that fits their unique situation.

What do you enjoy most about your position?

Having a direct impact on helping companies start retirement plans for their business, as well as helping participants get on the path to retirement readiness.

What’s the most challenging aspect of your job?

I work with a phenomenal group of high-performing individuals. What is a challenge is finding new ways to motivate and improve their already fantastic results. I love the challenge of squashing complacency and continuing to raise the bar.

Describe the culture you’ve experienced at PAi.

It sounds corny, and everyone at PAi says this, but we truly are a big family that will do anything to help each other out. Colleagues can truly be themselves every day and enjoy working with one another. Happy colleagues equate to happy customers.

What was your favorite TV show as a child?

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

If you could have any one superpower, what would it be and why?

I’d like see the future. I’m a planner and knowing what happens in the future would sure help me make a bigger impact in the present!

What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?

Spending time with my wife and two young children. Attending Wisconsin Badgers football, basketball, and hockey games. My wife and I also run a real estate investment business in our spare time.

Where is your favorite place in the world?

Camp Randall’s student section during a night game against a highly ranked opponent. The students pump up the entire stadium, and the electricity is addicting.
