What are the essential functions of your role?

I work directly with Financial Advisors, Payroll Partners, and Employers to help find an affordable 401(k) retirement solution.

What do you enjoy most about your position?

Helping people solve issues to their needs. Also, talking to people from all over the entire country!

How would you describe the culture at PAi?

It feels like home. Everyone at PAi truly cares and has compassion for people and their jobs. Everyone is here to support, encourage, and provide guidance when needed. We treat each and every customer the way we would want to be treated.

Everything we do is geared around helping people, both in the moment and for their future. We have real people here, and we treat our customers the same—like real people. We look at things from their mindset—how can we make things easier? How can we give them peace of mind? How can we offer something affordable? And we listen, changing and improving constantly to make sure that we’re doing the absolute best that we can by our customers.

What’s the next item on your bucket list you hope to check off?

A vacation to Bora Bora. The vacation must include a stay in a bungalow over the water.

What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?

Spending time with my family, trying new places to eat, shopping, and working out (because I tried too many new restaurants)!

Costco or Athleta

If you could choose one hobby that right now seems out of your reach, what hobby would you take up and why?

Traveling. There is so much of the world to see and not enough time to do it.

What does your ideal retirement look like?

I see a lot of beaches and a lot of travel. But also time spent relaxing with family and loved ones.
