Sales Coach at PAi
Located in: De Pere, WI
What are the essential functions of
As the sales coach at PAi, my primary job is to support the sales team in any way I can to help them achieve their quarterly sales goal. This support is typically done through 1:1 coaching and group sales training sessions on a weekly basis.
What do you enjoy most about your position?
As a coach, you have the ability to teach individuals something and then see what you have taught brought to life. When those teachings lead to greater success, it helps me be the proud “mom.” There’s nothing better than supporting your team in achieving their goals!
What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?
If you ever feel overwhelmed in your job, take a step back and remind yourself why you were selected for the position in the first place. When you simplify things, everything seems possible. You are capable of more than you know!
What sets PAi apart?
What sets PAi apart from other work environments is that its mission of Care. Know. Do. is alive and felt from the minute you enter the building until the time you leave each day. I have never worked for a company that supports its employees to the degree in which PAi does!
What does your ideal retirement look like?
Sell my home in Green Bay and downsize to a smaller home in Scottsdale, AZ. My children and their family would be able to visit at least once a year to enjoy the in-ground pool in our backyard and everything the Phoenix area has to offer.
What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?
Spending time with my family, exploring new cities, and traveling in general.
If you could choose one hobby that right now seems out of your reach, what hobby would you take up?
I would write reviews for hotels/restaurants. I’d be able travel the world and explore various cultures—without having to worry about the cost associated with all of my extravagant adventures.
What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?
Tim McGraw at the Seymour County Fair. There’s just something about being surrounded by country fans with a small-town feel in warm, summer rain that makes you feel like there’s not a care in the world!
My giggle may be loud, but when you work at a place surrounded by such fun individuals, it’s really hard not to laugh every day and simply enjoy work.
