Meet Bryant Hall

Sales Representative at PAi
Located in: De Pere, WI

What are the essential functions of your role?

I play a major role in educating and partnering with Financial Advisors and Payroll partners all across the United States to help small business owners offer 401(k) plans to their employees.

What’s the most challenging part of your position?

The 401(k) industry can change at the drop of a dime. Sometimes there are many changes all at once, and communicating that effectively can be a struggle.

How would you describe the culture at PAi?

Open. Having the ability to be who you are and be welcomed with open arms makes coming to work much easier. Everyone is close and everyone knows you by name.

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

Don’t manage someone—lead them to the answer, coach them to grow, and, ultimately, be your own replacement.

If you could have any one superpower, what would it be and why?

Telekinesis, mostly because sometimes I just want to move things without having to get up.

If you were stranded on a desert island, what three items would you want to have with you?

A Canteen for fresh water, a tent for shade, and a satellite phone.

What’s the next item on your bucket list you hope to check off?

I would like to go to Iceland.

What does your ideal retirement look like?

Traveling and spending time with my family.

What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?

I like to travel, spend time outdoors, and soon play with my new puppy Wynston.
