Meet Brianna Bauer

Sales Consultant at PAi

What are the essential functions of your role?

I speak with business owners and financial advisors to provide information and assistance regarding the 401(k) services and solutions we offer at PAi. I also work on projects internally to help make the process easy.

What’s the most challenging aspect of your position?

This is an industry that can change quickly, and once you think you know something, there’s almost always an exception to the rule. You never really know it all, but it makes it fun and keeps me on my toes!

What’s the best career advice you’ve ever received?

The only things you deserve are the things you’ve earned.

How would you describe the culture at PAi?

Caring! Everyone is so compassionate about everyone’s life inside and outside of work, but also for our community as well. Being surrounded by a group of people who are so willing to donate time, money, and energy not only into each other, but also our community really motivates me to start doing more.

What sets PAi apart?

What sets PAi apart, for me, is the amount of encouragement, education, and training they invest into their employees to develop them to their best potential. Management is meeting with you frequently to take time to notice areas you’ve improved upon and celebrate your success stories. They see the potential you have (sometimes even when you don’t) and are the first to encourage you and offer you the tools and feedback needed to get there.

What’s the next item on your bucket list you hope to check off?

Visit New York City during the holidays—see the tree and go ice skating at Rockefeller Center.

At what store could you max out a credit card?

Target! What don’t they have?!

What are your hobbies and passions outside of work?

I really enjoy spending time with my friends and family. I enjoy going to wineries, and I enjoy watching and attending Green Bay Packers football games. I could talk about football all day long—so proceed with caution if you’re not interested in an hour-long conversation!

What’s the best concert you’ve ever been to?

Kenny Chesney for my birthday. We created t-shirts for a local radio station contest to wear there and ended up getting chosen for front row tickets for the concert. He even gave me a high five!!

What does your ideal retirement look like?

RELAX and surround myself with family. And maybe a couple puzzles!
