PAi offers open architecture 401(k) plans that enable you to work with plan sponsors to customize a plan to fit their needs. It includes best-in-class support, access to over 30,000 investments, and transparent pricing.

Open Architecture is a low-cost service for advisors looking for ultimate flexibility in investment selection providing:

  • A service that works with commission- and fee-based advisors

  • Level compensation for commission-based plans

  • Any publicly traded investment available through Broadridge/Matrix

  • A customizable plan design and robust support to fit your clients’ needs

  • No minimum requirements for plan assets or employee counts

  • Reimbursement of sub-TA fees back to plan at the participant level

  • Annual intermediary service fee set by the advisor

PAi does not offer proprietary funds of any nature; we work in partnership with investment providers and fiduciary service providers. We are true open architecture with minimal fund restrictions and retain no fund revenue.

Solo(k) Pricing

Solo(k) plans provide all the same benefits of a 401(k) plan but are built for owner-only organizations, such as:

  • Owner-only businesses whose only employees are the owner or the owner and spouse.

  • Partnerships whose only employees are partners or partners and spouse.

  • C and S corporations where the corporation has only one shareholder and the only employees are the shareholder or shareholder and spouse.
